Aquatic Aerobic Exercise

at the Indoor Pool

water aerobicsAquatic Aerobic Exercise is almost a perfect means to condition the body while reducing down time from injuries normally associated with land based exercises. World class athletes and thoroughbred horses routinely train in hydro environments for the benefits of conditioning and strengthening with minimal possibilities of trauma. Water provides support for the body’s joints yet optimizes the resistance to train the musculature. Aqua fitness is now offered at Fort Gordon’s Indoor Pool. There are eight classes per week, Monday through Thursday at 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Specialized events are included during the first week of each month. The aquatic fitness instructors are nationally or internationally aerobics, lifeguard, and CPR certified. For additional information, call (706) 791-8954.

Monthly am or pm (16 classes) $35.00
Monthly am or pm, seniors age 60+  (16 classes) $32.00
