MYSTERY SHOPPER PROGRAM..
In an effort to deliver excellence in customer service, it is important that we get to know our customers. The Mystery Shopper Program is an ongoing program that helps us do this. The comments and suggestions we get from our shoppers are a key factor in the quality and type of service we provide. MWR has a wide variety of customers. To get a fair account of how we are doing, we need to hear from customers who are Active Duty/Retired, Male/Female, Soldier/Family Member, Officer/ Enlisted, Single/ Married, and Civilians.
