2018 Spouse Boot Camp

Grab your battle buddy and prepare to head to boot camp! However, this is a special 2-day boot camp just for spouses.

Family Outreach Center

Join us for a day that begins with “Calming Down, Growing Up and Getting Closer,” followed by “Information Fair” and a “Game of Trust,” and ends with a resilience training that will cause you to ask yourself, “Is that really how I respond?” Laugh out loud, eye opening and in your face classes will leave you wanting more.

April 13, 2018 • 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Pointes West (Ropes Course)

Transportation provided • Bus will depart from CDC West at 8:30 a.m.

We’ll leave early in the morning for a day that will challenge our emotions, minds and bodies with discussions on “How to Avoid the Hot Messes of Your Life” and maneuvering through an obstacle course. Teamwork is the key and the word for the day is “HOOAH!!!”
