Craft Corner: Pallet Planter

Spring has sprung and it’s time to add some color back to your backyard! Backyard BBQs and fun are just around the corner. A pallet planter is an easy and inexpensive way to make your backyard the hit of the neighborhood.

What you’ll need:
Old pallet
Hose clamps (I found the terra-cotta pots first, and then took them to the plumbing section at Lowe’s to find clamps to fit.)
Screws
Terra-cotta pots

There are small slits in the hose clamp already, so this was the easiest place to screw it to the pallet.

I could not imagine having a job that did not allow me to have daily interaction with our Service Members. Being married to a retired Soldier, I am able to understand the hardships our military face and strive to help create programs and events to make their time at Fort Gordon memorable."
