Eating healthy can be difficult and healthy eating alternatives don’t always sound delicious. We all have busy schedules; kids jobs and everything else that requires our attention. It is sometimes just simpler to grab fast food or make less than ideal, but easier options for meals.
I am someone who enjoys eating all the things most people tell you not to eat; bread, pasta, processed cheese, cookies, candy and all the other ways that people have discovered to put bacon and chocolate into food. How about instead of forbidding these items, we simply say let’s eat less of them, and fill our diet with these tricks on how to eat healthier and still eat what you love!
