The Employment Readiness Program also offers a variety of workshops and individual training sessions. Additional one-on-one resume assistance is offered upon request!

The Employment Readiness Program operates as “your one stop job search office”. We want you to feel welcome, make yourself “at home” and use the facilities at Army Community Services. Our office is located in Darling Hall, Room 155. All Federal jobs are posted on www.usajobs.gov.

ERP offers both Federal and Private Industry Resume Workshops to assist job seekers in creating an effective resume or to improve the one you already have. Our goal is to transform your resume into a powerful tool that will get you interviews.

Military spouses who will be registering for Priority Placement Program (PPP) should check out our PPP tab for further instruction.

The Soldier For Life Transition Assistance Program (formerly known as ACAP) is the main employment liaison for transitioning service members.
