New Born Care Class (NPSP): If you are expecting a new addition or if you will be caring for a new baby, NPS Newborn Care Class will help you learn the essentials. Learn how to diaper, feed, comfort and understand the wants and needs of a newborn as well as gain confidence as a new parent in this class. Free resources provided. Registration is required. CPR Certification (NPSP): A certified instructor provides CPR training focused on adult, child and infant CPR and first aid. Successful completion of the program provides a 2 year certification thru the American Heart Association. Registration required. Offered quarterly.
Infant Massage Instruction (NPSP): A certified IM instructor will provide parents instruction on Infant Massage benefits, strokes, relaxation exercises and colic reduction routines. Parents provide the loving touch and the instructor coaches them thru the techniques. IM has numerous benefits for children, parents and society in general. Registration required.
